Rewarding careers that will make a positive difference in the lives of others
Recognise natural talent and develop your caring skills to build a rewarding career supporting others.
A career working in a nursery, school, or health and social care setting can be incredibly satisfying. Still, it requires dedication, determination, emotional resilience, and, most of all, a genuine desire to help others.
What skills will you learn on a Health & Social Care course?
Our courses will enhance the personal experience and qualities you naturally possess. You will build on your personal skills so that you can inspire the next generation to be successful, and help people in your care to resolve issues so that they are able to achieve their goals.
You will develop a broad range of professional skills and acquire specialist knowledge so that you are ready to work in a range of education and care settings.
Who should enrol on a Health & Social Care course?
If you are looking to work with or care for others and want to prove your ability to employers, these are the ideal courses for you. You will gain nationally recognized qualifications to help you find skilled work.
Our courses are suitable for support workers and care assistants to gain the essential qualifications needed to work in a care setting. Our early years and supporting teaching and learning courses mean you are qualified to work with babies in childcare settings, or children and young people in schools.
If you are looking to develop your career further, our mentoring and counselling skills will help you access different job opportunities within the sector.
How will I find the right Health & Social Care course?
To help us to place you on the right course, we will ask you to come to one of our centres for an Initial Assessment. The assessment consists of a conversation with a teacher to find out about your previous experience and to check your current level of English and maths. We will then place you in a class that is at the right level for you and arrange additional English and maths support if needed.
